In this lesson, Neil was helping me understand the processes/movements involved with compressing the golf ball and adapting the ball flight. Something Ive struggled with is a much higher ball flight caused by minimal to no shaft lean at impact. Neil makes it easy to implement with visual cues and drills targeting this compression were looking for.
