Understanding your golf numbers is an important part of improving your game. In this course, I break down the key club and ball data measurements you’ll see on launch monitors such as TrackMan and GCQuad, explaining what each number means and how it influences your golf shots. We’ll cover club path, face to path, angle of attack, swing direction, low point, clubhead speed, ball speed, smash factor, launch angle, dynamic loft and much more. My goal is to help you understand how these measurements relate to strike quality, ball flight, distance and overall performance.
