With over 40 years in the game, I've learned that every golfer is unique — their swing, their body, their goals — and that one-size-fits-all instruction simply doesn't work. That's why my Tom Duncan Performance Center is powered by Trackman technology: it gives us real, objective numbers to work with, so we're never guessing. Whether I'm coaching your full swing, helping you find the right equipment through a Mizuno fitting, or working on your game online with detailed video analysis, everything I do is grounded in what the data tells us and what I can see with my own experienced eyes. My philosophy is simple: understand the player first, then build a plan that is specific to them — clear goals, practical drills, and honest feedback at every step. About the coach

I'm an International PGA Professional with over 40 years of experience in the golf industry, based just outside Munich in the beautiful Bavarian foothills of Germany. My journey in golf has taken me across the world, and today I'm proud to be the owner and lead coach of the Tom Duncan Performance Center — a state-of-the-art 100 sqm indoor coaching facility powered by Trackman technology, located at Golf Club Mangfalltal in Feldkirchen-Westerham.

As an official Mizuno Brand Ambassador and the certified Mizuno Fitting Center for South Germany, I bring together elite-level instruction and precision club fitting under one roof. Whether you're a complete beginner picking up a club for the first time or an experienced player looking to sharpen your game, I combine decades of on-course and coaching experience with the most accurate launch monitor technology available to build a programme tailored specifically to you.

My studio features over 350 iconic virtual courses — including The Old Course at St Andrews — so we can play, practise, and analyse your game in any conditions, all year round. For those looking to improve remotely, I also offer online lessons with detailed video analysis, customised coaching videos, and personalised practice plans with specific drills to help you integrate changes quickly and effectively. You will receive feedback from your coach through the Skillest app. Your coach will record their own videos with their analysis as well as additional drills to work on and send them back to you inside the lesson. You can watch your coach’s analysis, which may include video, audio, text, or drawings and see the changes and improvements they suggest for your swing. You can also ask your coach follow-up questions you have, and chat with them through the app. You can also review your feedback and track your progress anytime on the app.
