I’m Tomás! 👋
PGA golf coach at Quinta do Lago.
Since 2017, I’ve dedicated myself to helping golfers lowering their scores.
My approach is built around four key areas that form the foundation of a consistent, powerful, and repeatable swing:
1. Controlling low point for solid contact;
2. Understanding shot curvature and direction;
3. Building efficient club speed;
4. Moving functionally to improve performance and prevent injury;
I enjoy tailoring these principles to each player’s unique goals—whether that’s hitting the ball more consistently, lowering scores, or preparing for a competition. My goal is to make every session engaging, practical, and easy to apply on the course.

Tomas was brilliant. He gave me very useful insights that quickly improved my golf strokes and helpful tips to progress my game. He picks out the positives in your game and helps to improve the areas that need improvement and will make you a more proficient player, whatever the level. He also has a positive demeanour and is a joy to play with on the course. I had no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. Overall excellent!
