Emma provided a wonderful breakdown of my swing, both areas where I was doing well and need improvement. She provided a video of herself performing a couple drills to help me start getting used to using my lower body to rotate sooner and provide power to my swing instead of my upper body doing the work and decreasing my swing speed. She is very professional and is able to zero in right away on what needs to be improved.
