I was a competitive swimmer for 17 years and now a competitive coach for 18. I coach at one of the premier clubs in Northern California. I have sent multiple swimmers to D1 Schools, Qualified Swimmers for National and Pro Level meets, and I’ve had multiple swimmers in the top 10 USA Swimming National Rankings.

We had a great experience with the video swim lessons. One of the biggest benefits is that swimmers can actually see their technique, which makes a huge differenceespecially for younger kids. Instead of just hearing what to fix, they can clearly see what theyre doing wrong and understand how to improve. Being able to replay the videos is also really helpful. My child could go back and watch multiple times, which reinforced the corrections and made it easier to apply them in the water. Another thing we really liked was seeing the before-and-after comparison. It was very motivating to see the progress visually and understand how the changes improved overall technique. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve technique in a more effective and engaging way.
