I told Sean I had no confidence in my Swing & I had too many things going through my head when I stood up to hit a shot. Sean videod my Swing and identified the issues with it. For the remainder of class Sean outlined the changes I needed to make in my stance, posture & ball striking. He gave me a number of drills to help me embed the changes. This was exactly what I wanted
