My Process:

1) You upload a Down the Line video and Face on video with any notes on things you wish to say or explain. SWING VIDEOS MUST BE IN SLOW MOTION FORMAT.
2) I create analysis of those videos, along with another video of me discussing and demonstrating drills and motions to further your understanding.
3) The best way toward improvement is constant communication with your coach. Staying in the loop with how practice is going, how on course is going as well. Keeping me up to date on your progress and ASKING QUESTIONS.
