I played professional golf for a number of years, but I’m also a Dad, and now work full time in a Corporate 9-5 role… In the last two years, I’ve lost 30kg’s of body fat, and improved my handicap by 2 shots.

I understand that time, or lack of, can be a killer when striving to reach your goals, and I understand this as a struggle, so I’m here to help with that!
