About the coach

Greetings, Let me tell you a little about myself.

I live in Perth, Western Australia and coach at Collier Park Golf Course , a superb 27 hole public course in Perth, Australia. I am an Advanced certified Australian PGA Professional of over 30 years and I am also an accredited Stack & Tilt network instructor.

As a player I reached a high 284 in the world whilst playing the European Tour. I played full time for 20 years in Asia and Europe. I won 9 events around Australia just last year - 2025, predominantly on the PGA Australia "Legends Tour".

Between the playing schedule I coach full time. I coach all levels of golfers from beginner to club level players to tour pros.

I do selected coaching assignments for the "Asian Amatuer Academy" which is funded by Augusta National . At these academy camps we coach selected players from developing golf nations preparing them for the Asian Amatuer Championship, the flagship event supported by Augusta National and the R&A in the Asian region.

Through all my experiences as a player learning from the worlds best coaches and playing with the games greatest players I have developed a unique teaching style that I call the "modern swing fundermentals". Basically it is a series of movements that all expert player exhibit. It is then applicable to all level of golfers. If you can tick just one of these patterns off then you will become a better hitter and chipper of the ball and it is suitable for both new golfers and expert players .
