As ever a fantastic lesson! Nice to see that previous lessons have paid off and after a year without one that lots of the stuff we'd previously worked on was still in good shape. It was good that Ali adapted the lesson as we went and we were able to address different areas in the same 40 mins. Looking forward to the next one as always.
