Another outstanding on-line lesson with Rob Cheney! I am blown away by the massive improvements I have made after so many years of little progress with other coaches/programs. Each lesson provides a clear focus area and simple drills to drive the change needed. As a one-time skeptic of on-line lessons I could not be happier being one of Robs on-line students.
