Mountain biking for me has been a lifelong passion; learning, to improve my own skills and to bring other riders up a level is something I find incredibly rewarding. I work with riders of all disciplines—from XC to Downhill—to bridge the gap between being the ‘passenger’ and becoming the ‘driver’. Using GSMBC Fundamentals, along with their Advanced Tech & Flow methodology, I’ll help you build a rock-solid foundation. We’ll focus on the skills that turn "scary" sections into your favorite parts of the trail. From beginners riding their first trails to experts fine-tuning their race craft, I’m here to help you enjoy every single ride to the fullest.

How do I receive feedback from my coach?

You will receive feedback from your coach through the Skillest app. Your coach will record their own videos with their analysis as well as additional drills to work on and send them back to you inside the lesson. You can watch your coach’s analysis, which may include video, audio, text, or drawings and see the changes and improvements they suggest for your swing. You can also ask your coach follow-up questions you have, and chat with them through the app. You can also review your feedback and track your progress anytime on the app.
