Pat has spent the last 24 years coaching, advising, and mentoring baseball and softball players, guiding them to success at every level.
During the years spent running his family's academy, more than 250 players went on to play collegiate baseball. As a College Pitching Coach of 11 years, he mentored 15 players who were drafted or signed by MLB teams, with 6 of them reaching the Major Leagues. Additionally, he has assisted 28 players in committing to colleges across all divisions as an advisor.
