📍 Awareness: Golf is 80% technical, you have to understand the “how” and the “why”. Every golf swing is unique and there is no right or wrong. Take advantage of some simple physical laws and use them. With knowledge you will improve faster. Trust yourself and your pattern.

📍 Swing Breakdown: Learn how to look at your own swing. Body movements and club must be considered separately and brought back together. The Golf swing is a very complex exercise and difficult to understand. It’s like a chain reaction, if you change a thing an other changes within.

📍 Practice: There are no tricks, no hacks and no shortcuts. Golf is pretty much about repetition and time. Only quality efforts let you improve in the long term. Take the right steps to your defined goal and enjoy the process.
