Teaching Philosophy
I believe that most amateur golfers don't struggle because they lack talent — they struggle because they lack clarity and structure. Random lessons might produce short-term results, but they rarely lead to lasting improvement. That's the problem I set out to solve with every student I work with. My approach is built around structured progression. Each session connects to the last, with clear practice priorities that keep you accountable between lessons. I use TrackMan data and video analysis so you can see exactly what's happening in your swing — no guesswork, no vague feedback. Just honest, evidence-based coaching that gives you real tools to keep improving. I work best with committed amateur golfers who play regularly, are open to changing ingrained habits, and value genuine improvement over quick fixes. If you're looking for a one-off tip, I'm probably not the right fit. But if you're ready to build a consistent, reliable game through properly connected lessons and focused practice, that's exactly what I'm here to help you do. Whether you start with a single swing assessment or commit to a structured improvement programme, my goal is the same: to give you clarity about your game, confidence in your swing, and the framework to keep getting better long after our sessions together.
About the coach
Most mid-handicappers do have swing issues. The problem isn’t the diagnosis — it’s that fixing the swing on the range means nothing if the change collapses under pressure on the course. I coach the whole picture: what’s broken mechanically, how to ingrain it, and how to score while you’re rebuilding it.
