I don’t teach the modern golf swing. I teach the inner layers of what they did in the 1940–70s due to these being, in my biased opinion, the absolute best swings of all time.
I force my students to understand deep theoretical concepts so that they can intellectually accept how simple the solutions really are.
Differences from modern swing styles:
I’ve suffered more than most from injuries and learned the hard way what’s natural and what’s manipulated. The old school motion is purer, kinder, easier to perform and in my opinion the pinnacle of golf.
Base Level FMM Swing - Base Level Talent:
Most initiated tries to teach the master level of Ben Hogan’s golf swing. This is close to impossible because he, like all other top tier players, grinded a powerful strike into his natural engine.
The Base Level FMM Swing is about the fundamental components of the strike. How to achieve power, how to achieve control and how to use intentions that are simple enough so that the brain can understand them.
All mechanics should happen as a response to simple intentions. Not the other way around.
The Base Level FMM Swing is good enough for +5 in hcp. Hogan was +10 but he would never have gotten there without purifying his strike for decades.
I teach this base level talent.
Foundations Transcend Time
What Scheffler, McIlroy, Tiger Woods and so on are performing today is no different to Hogan, Snead and Thompson did 60 years ago. Sure, the old schoolers had slightly kinder body angles and slightly better moves but the fundamental power structure was the same.
It never changed. It never will.
It took me more than eight years to figure it out and another two regarding how you can learn it. The 29th of April 2025 I laid down the final piece in my Base Level FMM Swing System.

This is great. Excellent understanding of my motion and concrete solutions with the FMM system. It took a couple of hours to understand it but now I know what to do. It took me 20 balls to start hitting it pure and another 500 to get comfortable. Quite remarkable really. Thank you Petter

Mental Coaching 2 sessions
2 Lessons- Two sessions about the mental game. I come from a background progressing from having the world on my shoulders to enjoying the game. Alongside with an easier game the score came for free.
- We start with your story and issues. This is the first session.
- I take everything into account and make tailored suggestion. This is the 2nd session.
- I share my best tricks for breaking par and shooting in the mid 60s from a mental plan perspective.
- We’ll cover golf attitude, round goals, shot making routine and in between shots.
