Hello. I am a long standing member of the Professional Golfers Association. I have logged many thousands of hours teaching everyone from complete beginners to professional players. My philosophy is that golf is a fairly simple game to enjoy and play well. But it has so many pitfalls, boobytraps, mistruths and misconceptions, that we trip ourselves up. This is where the term "beginners luck" appears. You might remember having been better when you first started, but then got progressively worse. So, i like to clear the fog, separate fact from fiction, and give my students a clear idea on how a golf ball should be struck.
