Teaching Philosophy
My teaching philosophy is built around the belief that there is no single “perfect” way to swing a golf club. Every golfer moves differently, learns differently, and brings their own physical strengths and limitations to the game. Because of that, I believe great coaching should be personalized — not built around forcing every player into the same model swing. My goal is to create a swing and game plan that works for you, your body, and your goals. By combining technical instruction with an understanding of movement and athletic ability, I help golfers build a motion that is both effective and repeatable under pressure. I strive to make the improvement process simple to understand, easy to follow, and highly effective. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced player, my focus is on creating long-term improvement and a lasting impact on your golf game — not just quick fixes.
About the coach
Originally from London, England, I played NCAA Division 1 golf at the College of Charleston and have dedicated my career to helping golfers improve and enjoy the game. As a PGA Professional and TPI Certified Fitness Coach, I combine technical instruction with an understanding of how the body moves to help players build more efficient, repeatable swings.
With over 30,000 lessons taught, I’ve worked with golfers of all ages and skill levels — from beginners learning the fundamentals to competitive players looking to take their game to the next level. My coaching focuses on clear communication, personalized feedback, and creating a plan that fits each golfer’s goals.
