I'm convinced that the short game is the fastest route to a lower handicap, and I've dedicated years of continued education to becoming the best short game coach I can be. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned amateur, my job is to give you the technical understanding, the right drills, and the on-course decision-making skills to play with more confidence and consistency. I believe great coaching doesn't stop when you leave the lesson — that's why I provide customised practice plans, skill-based games, and ongoing support to keep you improving between sessions.

About the coach

I'm a British Advanced PGA Professional based at Golfclub Gäuboden in the Straubing region of Bavaria, Germany, with over 15 years of coaching experience. After moving to Germany in 2011, I've built my coaching programme from the ground up here in the Gäuboden — working with beginners, club golfers, juniors, and competitive amateurs across all levels. In 2024, I was proud to receive Advanced PGA status from the British PGA, reflecting my ongoing commitment to professional development and coaching excellence.

I specialise in short game, full-swing improvement, and on-course decision-making — using TrackMan, HackMotion, and video analysis to deliver accurate, data-driven feedback in every session. My indoor studio means coaching is available year-round, regardless of the weather.

I offer coaching in English and German, both in-person at the club and online. Online students receive customised video feedback, personalised drill plans, and practice sheets designed to keep improvement on track between sessions. Whether you're picking up a club for the first time or working to reach the next level, I'm here to make your journey both effective and enjoyable.
