Brilliant session!! Marcus conducted a full TPI assessment and then worked on my posture, shoulder rotation and hip movement during a golf swing session. Marcus identified my physical limitations and strengths, during the TPI assessment, and provided me with specific exercises and swing drills to improve in these areas, and I felt the benefits immediately. It is also the first time I have felt pain free in my back while playing golf and would highly recommend Marcus for anyone with flexibility or pain issues, as well as excellent golf tuition. A really enjoyable session!
