I’m Lauren Taylor - a female professional golfer and PGA coach with over 10 years competing on the Ladies European Tour and Sunshine Ladies Tour.
My journey has taken me from elite amateur golf to life on tour, experiencing the highs, the setbacks, and the lessons that only competitive golf can teach.

I had my first lesson with Lauren yesterday. She spent some time finding out about my game/physical limitations etc (Im 64) and we started from there. Refreshing that she wasn't trying to get me to swing like Justin Rose but instead helped me to make a few changes that would really help me. Her explanations were thought out and clear. At the end of the session I had a couple of things to work on that would make the greatest difference for ME (as opposed to Justin!!). Lesson was followed up with video analysis of before and after which was really helpful and she e mailed me this morning to see how l got on with my session on the range after the lesson I told her I struggled and she sent me a further video drill to help move forward, which was great. Throughout I found Lauren to be attentive, personable and provided real life help rather than just theory. Too early to honestly say whether I will improve, but Lauren has certainly done her bit in helping me get started

Great lesson. Within a few swings Lauren had picked up on the issues I was having. 1 simple change in my swing and I was seeing the ball flight I wanted. Really knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

I recently had a 1 hour in person with Lauren and I would highly recommend her as an excellent coach.The video session highlighted a few problems with my swing that after reviewing with her we continued the lesson with a few tweaks, her instruction was clear and concise and subsequently my ball contact has improved noticeably. I would definitely recommend Lauren as a coach and the facilities at Aces are excellent.
