About Me
I’m Jake Kruegel, a teaching professional and founder of Buckeye Golf Academy. Over the past decade, I’ve taught more than 16,000 lessons to golfers of all ages and skill levels, from beginners picking up a club for the first time to nationally ranked junior players.

My teaching style blends technical expertise with clear, simple communication so that every student understands why their swing does what it does and how to improve it. I focus on helping players build repeatable fundamentals, develop a swing that matches their body and goals, and gain the confidence to take their game from the range to the course.

I currently coach out of multiple indoor and outdoor facilities, including The Bunker Indoor Golf Facility and my own home simulator, and also work with players virtually through Skillest. Whether you want to fix a slice, gain distance, lower your handicap, or compete at the highest level, I’ll give you the tools and feedback to make it happen.
