I was really struggling with contact issues (low strikes). A change in body motion cleared this up within 10 or so swings. Getting the body (lower half) to move correctly is clearly a stepping stone to more consistent golf and seeing the movement numbers helps this process immensely

Took on board drills and suggestions from previous lesson and those have worked well in implementation into a slightly changed and better golf swing. Lot less curvature and better ball strike. Understanding physics of the swing is important to me and they were explained throughly and until hopefully I understand fully.
