7 Day Swing
7 day process to start or change your golf swing.
Simple steps to follow to change your game. Gain consistency and play better golf.
Prerequisites: Neutral grip and posture. See a pro.
Process: 50 balls per day. 7 practice swings before hitting the ball.
This then allows you to make
400 swings per day
2800 swing over the week
This is a great way to ingrain a new swing that is truly repeatable. Process tested over the last 3 years in person with instant results.
If problems in the end swing regress back to day 3 to start the process again. This stage is critical to creating the best impact position.
