Christian Cocokios

About the coach

I’m Christian Cocokios, owner of CCC Athletic Development and a former collegiate athlete at Southern Illinois University, where I played 2nd base, shortstop, and pitcher.

For the past 9 years, I’ve specialized in private coaching, helping athletes at every level improve mechanics, increase performance, and reach their full potential. In addition to private coaching, I coach varsity high school baseball, applying advanced training techniques to develop athletes in competitive environments.

With a degree in Physiology and a minor in Biomechanics, I take a science-driven approach to athletic development. I leverage advanced biomechanics software to analyze swings, pitches, and movement patterns, providing slow-motion video feedback. This allows me to create precise, customized training protocols that maximize performance, reduce injury risk, and strengthen critical areas for each athlete.

My goal is to combine elite playing experience, advanced technology, and proven coaching strategies to help athletes unlock their full potential—on the field and beyond.
