I’ve spent the past 15 years as a student of the game, learning from some of the best coaches in the world and competing alongside elite players. Through these experiences, I’ve discovered what actually works.

I’m constantly experimenting and testing ideas in practice to make sure everything I recommend actually works.

My philosophy is simple: make this complex game as simple as possible, while still understanding why things happen. It’s not easy, but it is simple!
