We started with a briefing on what to consider when preparing a golf shot. Interestingly my weakest area in the discussion was borne out later when we went to the practise area. Alex's approach was more comprehensive that sessions that I have had with other coaches and we only spent one hour together. I am looking forward to my next session in a month.
