Great lesson. I came in struggling with a reverse pivot that was starting to cause some lower back pain, but we quickly worked through it. Left turning much more through my core instead of my lower back, which already feels a lot better. Clear explanations and simple pivot drills that made an immediate difference. Highly recommend
