About the coach
I'm a PGA Professional (Advanced in Coaching) and the Head Teaching Professional at Commonwealth Golf Club, one of Australia's most celebrated courses on the iconic Melbourne Sandbelt. With over a decade of coaching experience, I've built my reputation on delivering structured, straightforward instruction that gets real results for recreational golfers — no jargon, no information overload, just a clear path to better golf. I completed my traineeship at Barwon Heads before joining Commonwealth Golf Club, where I work with golfers of all abilities, from beginners building their first swing to experienced players looking to finally crack their scoring goals. I specialise in short game coaching and am passionate about helping players unlock the shots around the green that truly change scorecards. As a PING Ambassador, I combine deep equipment knowledge with technical coaching insight, and I use world-class technology — TrackMan, GCQuad, and CAPTO putting systems — to provide precise, data-backed feedback in every session. I teach exclusively through the Right Sided Golf method, developed by Gary Edwin — it's the single system behind everything I coach, not one of several theories I draw on. I've been featured as an instructor in Golf Australia Magazine. I also offer online lessons with video analysis and custom practice plans, having completed over 900 remote sessions for students across Australia and around the world.
