About the coach

Hello and thank you for visiting my profile.

I'm Jamie Hillier, PGA Teaching Professional at the stunning Forest of Arden Golf & Country Club in the heart of England.

I arrive at Skillest with 20 years experience of coaching, 19 of these as a PGA Professional.

In 2024 I decided to leave my role as a Head Professional so I could focus solely on my coaching business. I have always been passionate about coaching and helping others and I join Skillest excited at the opportunity to help golfers globally.

MY APPROACH:
I do not believe in one size fits all. We all have different physical skills and makeups, we all have different skillsets and we all have different lifestyles and goals for our golf games, so for me, teaching a certain method to all does not apply. I do however, believe that there is a perfect swing for each individual golfer. This swing should be built/developed around physical capabilities, available playing and practice time and also around what the golfers aims are.

And that is what I love to do; find out about the golfer, their experience, their background, their lifestyle, goals, skillset...and put all of that together when looking how best to help the golfer reach their targets.
