Brenton analysed my freestyle technique and clearly explained the corrections needed to improve. The effect of these corrections and the drills performed in the pool under his guidance created immediate results. Having the analysis videos to regularly refer back motivates me to continually work on improvement. My goal is to complete the Ultra Swim 33.3kms in Greece in September -this workshop with Brenton has set me on my way with more focused and improved technique. Im very grateful for Brentons expertise.
