what can I say....he is top of the world swimmer so you probably wont have a better trained eye to check and instructions to improve. I kind of can see some of my bad points before, but can't even realize how to start to work on them .... helps a lot to prioritize one by one focusing in each point... and it is so detailed in the observation. time is shaving by itself with the improvement in efficiency. love it. good decision.

I am an adult onset swimmer with some "skills" that need correction as I am preparing for a long outdoor swim. Brent and Nadina are both positive and encouraging with a set of skills and drills that I am sure will help me improve. Brent and Nadina are brilliant swimmers..patient..positive and able to convey what I SHOULD be doing effectively. Not only am I returning for additional lessons but I have signed up for their on line coaching. I have experienced MANY coaches and I can attest that there are none as excellent as these two.

Lesson 1 with Brent was illuminating. Brent's analysis of my swimming stroke was practical and supported by an obvious depth of knowledge. If you are looking for someone to analyse your stroke/s and to work with you to refine it, Brent is your person. He also has a quick response time. No waiting and wondering.
