About the coach

I'm a movement-first coach who helps hitters sequence better, move cleaner, and build stability through their entire swing.
My approach is built on biomechanical movement analysis — not cue-based coaching or quick fixes. I evaluate every swing through 6 anchor points: back leg stability, center of mass timing, scap/spine/head control, torso rotation and posture, lead leg bracing, and hinge release timing.
What I Fix:
• Early torso rotation that kills power
• Posture collapse that creates weak contact

• Poor ground use that limits bat speed
• Sequencing breakdowns that feel "off"
How I Fix It:
Frame-by-frame breakdowns show you exactly what's breaking down and when. Then we use positional training and constraint-based skill development to rebuild the movement patterns that create consistent, powerful swings.
No gimmicks. No fluffy drills. Just biomechanical concepts that help you understand your swing and move like the hitter you're capable of becoming.
I work with serious amateur and pro hitters who want to move better and hit harder.
If your swing feels out of sync, I'll show you where and why, then we fix it.
