I've found that my understanding grows with each lesson but it's really about trusting the process. This lesson has finally culminated in putting all the pieces together and the result is just OUTSTANDING. being patient and working the various parts have led to this explosive leap in progress. Cannot recommend Sergio highly enough. Give him 5 lessons and let him transform you and bring out your best swing ever.
