About the coach

Hello! My name is Sam Van Snellenberg. I am a former collegiate ballplayer and a private swing+throwing trainer based out of Vancouver, BC. Through the successes and failures I have had throughout my career as both a hitter and pitcher, and through relentless study of the game’s greatest players and the work of great coaches, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of efficient hitting+throwing mechanics. I do not try and reinvent the wheel; I teach what has been proven to work. My goal is to share what I have learned with you in a way that is simple to understand, and implement (with enough work!). If you are a player who is looking to chase down their potential, I look forward to working with you!
