With 12 years experience working exclusively as a Putting Coach and nearly 10 years as a Certified AimPoint Instructor, my career as a PGA Professional has been dedicated to helping players improve their game on the greens. I do not offer long game or short game lessons.
I pride myself on keeping my lessons friendly, to the point & easy to understand.
Having played for over 50 years & competed at a high level both as an amateur and professional, I have a vast amount of experience to draw upon.
I coach all levels and types of player, from novice golfers, to competitive juniors & amateurs all the way through to winners on the DP World Tour.

- I've been a Certified AimPoint Coach for 10 years and taken hundreds of players through this process in-person, now you can learn the exact same process from me online.
- I will break down the learning process into 3 easy to follow lessons and you will receive follow up lesson notes directly from AimPoint Golf on completion of the course.
- Lesson 1.
- I will explain the background to how (and why) AimPoint works. You'll learn how the system has evolved over the years right up to today - and why the current version is the most simple, effective and easy to use version of the most accurate green reading system in the world. I'll explain to you what skills you will need to learn and practice to apply to the method - and how to do this.
- We'll start with the short putt read - from 3ft to 6ft. You'll learn how to read these putts using AimPoint and you'll have everything you need to put this straight into play.
- Lesson 2.
- We will recap the information from Lesson 1 and then move onto mid-range putts. You'll learn what changes you'll need to make as putt lengths increase and I'll introduce you to the concept of "directional reads" which will enhance and improve the accuracy of your reads.
- Lesson 3.
- We will recap the information from Lessons 1 and 2, then move onto long range putts, I will also explain to you how self calibration will allow you to amend your reads for changing green speeds. We will finish with double breaking putts.
- I will also provide you with advice on how you can practice your AimPoint skills to get the most from your new green reading method.

Single Lesson - Speed & Distance Control Lesson
1 Lesson- Speed is king on the greens. Learn how to master your distance control skills by understanding the 3 key metrics that are vital to improving your rhythm, timing and tempo. I will require a face on video of you hitting a putt to 10ft, 20ft & 30ft. I will analyse your current technique and provide a clear explanation & demonstration of the changes you need to make along with drills to make your time on the practice green as effective as possible.
- Advice on how best to implement the recommended changes required to your existing technique with appropriate training drills.
Single Lesson - Stroke & Start Line Improvement
1 Lesson- A clear & concise in-depth review of your set up & putting stroke using the analysis tools within the Skillest App with a focus on improving your start line consistency.
- A demonstration video will be provided to explain the changes I’ll recommend.
- I’ll advise you on how best to implement the recommended changes with appropriate training drills.
Unlimited Monthly Plan
1 Lesson- We will have 2 x 15 minute live Zoom calls per month.
- Submit unlimited videos every month for me to review / analyse as we work through an agreed programme to address those areas of your putting game that you’d like to improve.
- ⬆️ Set up & Start Line Control
- A clear & concise in-depth review of your set up, structure & putting stroke using the analysis tools within the Skillest App with a focus on improving your start line consistency.
- ✅ You will need to submit 2 videos for review & analysis initially, one face on & one down the line.
- ✅ I will provide you with a demonstration video to explain any changes I’ll recommend.
- ✅ I’ll also advise you on how best to implement the recommended changes with appropriate training drills.
- ✅ Additional videos for review and analysis can be submitted as you work through the changes to check your progress is on track.
