I know first-hand how small technical changes can create big breakthroughs. I’ve been fortunate to compete at the highest levels and learn from some of the best coaches in the world. Now I’m passionate about translating that experience into clear, actionable lessons for every swimmer, no matter where they train.

I believe anyone can get faster with the right technical foundation, regardless of where they swim or what equipment they have access to. My coaching breaks complex skills down into simple, repeatable drills that you can practice in any pool, or even on land if needed.

My online coaching makes it easy for you to get feedback from me, wherever you are. Just send me your videos (ideally from multiple angles) and a quick note about how it feels and what you’re noticing. I’ll analyze your footage, annotate it, and create a personalized video for you with clear, step-by-step guidance to move your swimming forward.

You can watch your coach’s analysis, which may include video, audio, text, or drawings and see the changes and improvements they suggest for your swing. You can also ask your coach follow-up questions you have, and chat with them through the app. You can also review your feedback and track your progress anytime on the app.
