Improving movement IQ in golfers is my passion. I believe that your body is the most important piece of golf equipment. My golf performance program is the upgrade your equipment needs and deserves.
My goal is to create efficiency in your movement patterns so that you can improve your swing performance. Balance, flexibility, power, strength and stability are the cornerstones of an efficient golf swing. Together we will build resiliency and decrease your risk of injury so you can play as long as humanly possible.
In our sessions we will perform an TPI Screening and movement analysis to lay the foundation of your program and we will go through all key functions that can lead to movement impairments in your swing. We will address how to build strength, power and optimize the way you move. We will be able to limit your inconsistencies in your swing and posture and maintain a more consistent performance through exercise.
