Hi, I’m Michael - I help committed golfers build a repeatable swing, hit better shots under pressure, and lower their scores with a clear, structured plan. My entire coaching approach is built around making things simple to understand and easy to apply — because when a golfer truly understands what to do and why, the results follow fast. I’m working with golfers in 15+ countries find simple ways to play golf. About the coach
I'm a PGA Advanced Professional and Certified Putting Instructor based at Aberdour Golf Club in Fife, Scotland, with over 10 years of experience coaching golfers of all abilities. My journey in golf began in Bulgaria, where I won the Bulgarian Amateur Open in 2006 and went on to represent my country in the World Amateur Team Championships — the Eisenhower Trophy — at just 17 years old in South Africa. I turned professional shortly after, began my PGA training in London in 2012, qualified as a PGA Professional in 2016, and have since served as Head Professional at three clubs across Scotland.
In 2024, I was recognised with PGA Advanced Professional status — an accolade awarded to professionals who demonstrate excellence across all aspects of their role. I'm also one of only a handful of Certified Putting Instructors in the country, and short game and putting are where I love to help golfers make the biggest gains.
Beyond the lesson tee, I've built a growing online presence with over 1.5 million YouTube views and an active coaching community across social media. I now work with students from the USA, Canada, Dubai, the Dominican Republic, Norway, Australia, and beyond — delivering personalised video feedback, tailored drills, and data-driven coaching plans using Arccos performance tracking.
