About the coach
I've been helping golfers improve their game and enjoy golf more for nearly 15 years. I offer golf lessons and fitness programs for beginners, casual players, and those looking to compete. My programs focus on healthy golf swing mechanics, breathing techniques, fitness, recovery, and movement on and off the course. I've worked with many golfers recovering from injury, surgery (like knee or hip replacement), and dealing with pain. When you come to a session with me, you'll enjoy a relaxed atmosphere with lots of humor, where all achievements will be acknowledged and celebrated. You won't hear phrases like 'swing flaw' or 'fix.' Instead, your swing mechanics and overall golf skills will improve as your breathing patterns, golf fitness, and movement literacy get better. You also won't have to worry about forgetting anything while we're working together, as I'll be happy to follow up with a video summary of each lesson.
