About the coach

Although new to the Skillest platform, Cutts is an experienced PGA Professional who has been teaching golf for 40 years and has given over 30,000 lessons in-person and online.

Cutts is a complete game coach: Full Swing, Putting, Chipping, Pitch Shots, Bunker Shots, Distance Wedeges (30-100 yards), and mental game/ course management. Cutts teaches adults and juniors of all skill levels, and has instructed numerous junior boys & girls who have earned college scholarships to over 20 different D-1, D-2 and D-3 schools.

Cutts’ approach to coaching: “students are individuals”.
A one size fits all “method style” of instruction, does not get good results.
“I coach to the individual needs of each student”.

Turnaround time for lessons is within 24 hours. Cutts will respond with voice-over analysis after receiving your student videos. Cutts will send additional videos to show you exactly what you need to work on, including some great drills to help you integrate the feeling of your swing adjustments.

Cutts is a former 3-year letterman and member of the 1981 Southwest Conference Champion team for the University of Texas Longhorns, where his teammates included PGA Tour players - Brandel Chamblee, Phil Blackmar and 1996 PGA major champion Mark Brooks.
