Teaching Philosophy
My coaching philosophy is player-centred and development-focused. I believe every golfer's swing, game, and journey should be as individual as their goals — there's no one-size-fits-all fix in golf, and I'd never pretend otherwise. I work in a methodical way, building foundational skill sets and establishing key concepts that are essential to long-term growth. I don’t have a method, I have a system. One which can change and be flexible, to suit every golfers needs. A predictive model around reverse engineering ball flight. Whether you're a complete beginner or a competitive professional, my job is to simplify cause and effect, sharpen your setup and impact principles, and give you a clear, structured roadmap forward. Beyond the technical side, I place great emphasis on performance practice, statistical analysis, course management, and mental skills — because shooting lower scores on the course is ultimately what this is all about. I help students build structured practice plans, track measurable performance data, and develop the mental resilience to transfer range work into real rounds under pressure. Every programme I run is carefully structured, collaborative in nature, and built around clear benchmarks for improvement. I genuinely care about the person in front of me, not just their swing — and that's what makes the difference.
About the coach

I'm a PGA Advanced Coach and Class A Professional based at Enmore Park Golf Club in Somerset, England, with over 10 years of full-time coaching experience. My journey in the game started early at Enmore Park, before I earned a golf scholarship to Bethune Cookman University in Daytona Beach, Florida, where I played NCAA Division 1 golf, captained the team in my final two years, and won the National Minority Collegiate Golf Championship twice. After competing on mini tours across the UK and Europe, I found my true calling in coaching — and I've never looked back.
Over the course of my career, I've delivered more than 16,000 online lessons and 10,000 in-person sessions to golfers worldwide — from complete beginners picking up a club for the first time, to over 30 players competing on the PGA and DP World Tours. I've led junior development pipelines, served as a performance coach to national-level amateur players, and in 2025 was appointed Head Coach of the Somerset Golf Union 1st Team. My student roster has spanned aspiring juniors, elite amateurs, college athletes, and touring professionals.
I offer a comprehensive, data-informed approach that covers everything from full-swing technique and ball-striking to performance practice planning, statistical analysis, course management strategy, and mental skills.
