Having competed at the highest levels as a Welsh International and touring professional, I know what it takes to build a game that holds up under pressure — and I bring that firsthand knowledge into every lesson I give. I take a student-centred, performance-driven approach that blends the best of modern coaching technology — TrackMan & Capto data, video swing analysis — with practical, personalised guidance that actually translates to the course. I design every lesson around you: your goals, your pace, your game. Whether you're a beginner picking up a club for the first time or a competitive player looking to fine-tune your performance, I'll create a clear, structured plan that keeps you accountable and motivated. I believe coaching should be as enjoyable as it is effective — a balance of challenge, encouragement, and measurable progress. About the coach
I'm a PGA Professional Level III coach and former Welsh International golfer with over 20 years of experience in the game — as a player, a competitor, and now a full-time coach. After representing Wales and competing on the professional tour, I made the transition into coaching with one goal: to give golfers of every ability access to the kind of insight that only comes from playing the game at the highest level. I'm based at Chester & North Wales Golf Academy, where I coach using TrackMan & Capto technology and video swing analysis to give students precise, data-backed feedback alongside practical drills and tailored practice plans. My sessions are designed to deliver real, measurable improvement — not just a list of things to work on, but a clear roadmap for how to get there. I work with beginners, club players, competitive amateurs, and juniors alike, and I offer flexible coaching options to suit every schedule and budget: one-off lessons for a quick tune-up, ongoing monthly coaching plans for those committed to long-term progress, and online lessons for remote students. Junior golf is a passion of mine — I run structured group classes designed to develop young players in a fun, encouraging environment.
