I will analyse the videos giving you a full breakdown of what is going on (both positive and negative) and what we need to start working on.
In addition to this, I create a second video of myself showing you, more visually, what we need to work on and clearly demonstrating any drills or examples specific to your needs.
Following on from the videos, we will stay in contact so you can keep me updated with your practice progress and ask any questions- because you will have questions!
