Improving in this game requires an:

👉🏻 what you want to perform differently,
👉🏻 how you will go about your training to make that happen.

Feedback is essential. Here's how this works:

You will upload the Face On & Down The Line videos. I will then create an analysis of those videos giving you a full breakdown of what is going on & what we need to start working on.

In addition to this, I create a second video of myself showing you, visually, what we need to work on & clearly demonstrating any drills or examples specific to your needs.

The way this process works best is to stay in regular contact. Making us accountability partners 💥

Keep me in the loop with your practice &, if possible, share your stats with me too. I want you to get the most out of this as that's how everyone improves the fastest!
