I am senior teaching professional at Stirling Golf Club, Scotland. TPI certified, I bring professional power and performance coaching for the modern game of golf. I want to bring energy to each and every session. Every swing you make on your SB Golf programme is backed up with science from over 20 years of playing and teaching the game using proven techniques. Getting better at golf isn't easy but nothing is worth the work if you don't enjoy it. Golf should be fun, even when training. 2 Online Lessons- Live Zoom lesson
- Live group speed class for 1 hour. Covering all aspects of speed training led by me. Over a zoom call we will cover various aspects of creating speed from warm up to impact training . Each session will vary slightly and focus on an element of the movement. These classes will run in the evening GMT 8.15pm every fortnight ( more dates will be added) First session What will you need to be able to take part? A space to hit balls at full speed Some form of device to collect data ( preferred not essential)
