Got this lesson for my daughter and she was so stoked. The instruction was very relevant and easy to understand. Not only that but two weeks after she was doing PBs and made nationals. Could not be happier with the lesson and would highly recommend to anyone that is interested in a better technique, faster times or just wants to be a better swimmer.
