My name is Norman Marshall.
I am based at Formby Hall where I run Tommy Fleetwood Academy and oversee The Junior and Adult Programmes

My pupils have won at every level from local, to Junior World Champions, Challenge Tour, European Tour, DP World Tour and Ryder Cup

I get a lot of pleasure from helping golfers of all standards and view myself as a coach, guiding you on a voyage of self discovery, with support and suggestions

My goal is to give you the tools and knowledge to build golfing independence and resilience based on sound fundamentals and an ability to begin to interpret your shots (good and bad) as an invaluable reference point for our online coaching relationship

My coaching is based on simple, clear instruction, that gets results, backed up by several hundred drills and performance games.
