Who Kyla coaches:
•All levels of golfers men and women from competitive juniors, collegiate, developing professionals to club golfers, entry level and social golfers.
•Kyla is here to educate, advise and encourage.
Kyla’s Experience:
• Played professional golf on Canadian, Symetra and Australian tours (2013-2018).
• Understands getting to the next level may be technical, mental, physical, or improving performance habits.
• Has worked with different social and club golfers (individual and groups) in AUS, NZ, CAN and understands the process of improving golfers whether they are just getting started or club golfers looking for more confidence and consistency on the golf course.
•Kyla understands the body-swing connection and is a TPI certified coach. All bodies are unique and may have different physical limitations that the coach will have to work around or work to improve.

Kyla’s goals for you:
•Clear up any concepts or myths that are holding you back.
•Clarity on what movements in your swing are non-functional, causing compensations or limiting your performance.
•Understand your personal blue print and the efforts needed to achieve your goals.
What Kyla needs from you:
•Quality video from down the line and face on at elbow height. Analysis cannot be done from angles other than these.
•Ball flight and strike tendencies (curving left to right or vice versa, fat, thin, shank, etc.)
• Any physical limitations or movements that you cannot do due to injury etc.
•Team work- Kyla is fully committed to you, if you are committed to her with an open mind. There are many ways to improve your golf swing and golf game we just need to find the sweet spot for you.

I appreciate the verbal cues. For example, Turn, bump, release. My challenge is cementing that into my muscle memory! Also, remembering to watch the ball when I turn over my right foot.
